Quality Assurance
A quality plan is developed. This includes:
- Quality initiatives (reactive and proactive) for all phases.
- Quality standards.
- Responsibilities for quality assurance at each phase.
- Corrective (project) and preventive (process) actions through active monitoring.
QA Process
Our proactive mechanisms to permeate quality plan through the organization include workshops, walkthroughs, training etc. In addition, we have created supporting documentation that includes checklists, test-plans, standards etc.
- Identify key customer requirements, standards and guidelines - include from contract, subsequent correspondence and complaints.
- Identify product quality aspects from the requirements.
- Identify phase-wise work-products.
- Identify which product quality aspects need to be met in which phase and work product.
- Establish responsibilities and accountabilities for the product quality aspect(s).
